Every real jewel needs the right solution. It is from here that in G.B. F.lli Bertoncello the OMEGA project was developed. This is a machine designed for casting by means of a lost wax method with which you can get jewels of the highest level. The machine is characterized by induction heating with the PMS (pulse mixing system) already present on our other casting machines, SHS (soft heating system) advanced power management system to prevent overheating and related temperature drops. A touch screen color easy to use and with which you can check and change all the necessary parameters. The machine's command and control program has been entirely realized in our headquarter taking into account all the possible needs of the final customer. The operator will be able to decide whether to run the machine in an automatic cycle or in a manual cycle, with which it will have at its disposal the characteristic parameters on which to intervene. This casting machine was designed using high-level components with long testing times and always keeping safety first, with continuous checks by the PLC through state of the art security systems. Each part subject to maintenance or replacement has been apportioned in order to have continuous feedback and presents in the machine management program some useful timer to remember the various checks or expiring replacements. Furthermore, a top assistance service and spare parts management will reduce machine downtime to a minimum. Thanks to its know-how that characterizes G.B. F.lli Bertoncello since 1958 has been conceived a machine of indisputable qualities.
