Ünver Casting Alloys (Casting Alloy)

Ünver Casting Alloys are specially formulated to provide maximum performance in investment casting (lost wax) processes. Thanks to their high fluidity, they ensure that even the finest and most detailed designs are cast smoothly and flawlessly. Working in full harmony with open or closed system (vacuum/gas protected) casting machines, they minimize the scrap rate.

• High Fluidity: Superior mold filling capacity in thin-walled and complex detailed designs.

• Low Oxidation: Provides a clean finish on the surface after casting, shortening the polishing and finishing processes.

• Reusability (High Recycling Rate): Allows sprues to be reused in casting at high rates without darkening or loss of properties.

• Smooth Surface Quality: With a low porosity guarantee, it reacts perfectly to polishing compounds.

• Color Options: Yellow / White / Red (Rose) / Green

• Silver Options: Formulations with and without silver are available. Custom productions with 4%, 5%, 7%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50% silver content can be made according to production demands.

• System Compatibility: Open System and Closed System casting machines.
