DLyte is a brand developed within GPAINNOVA, an advanced technology group headquartered in Barcelona, Spain. The foundation of the DLyte brand is the DryLyte® technology, which was introduced in 2016 as the world’s first dry electropolishing process for metal parts designed for industrial applications.

Unlike traditional electropolishing methods based on liquid acid baths, DryLyte® uses a closed and safe system in which the electrolyte is contained within specially formulated solid granules. This innovative approach enables DLyte to deliver automated, repeatable and environmentally responsible surface finishing solutions while ensuring high process stability and operator safety.

DLyte systems are widely used across industries requiring high precision, including medical, dental, aerospace, automotive, additive manufacturing (3D printing) and jewelry. DLyte 10PRO is a metal surface finishing equipment using the dry electropolishing technology, suitable for companies with medium manufacturing volume. It combines a planetary movement and a vertical backand-forth motion inside the drum containing the electrolyte media. It is suitable to treat materials included in the steel, cobalt-chrome, titanium, copper-based, nickel-based and aluminium groups. Its advanced PLC-based electronics allows to apply asymmetric pulses with low and high frequency, and parameter concatenation.

DLyte 10PRO's electrolyte lifespan is linked to metal extraction, as it is able to calculate the remaining media lifespan of the electrolyte taking into account material removal. Thanks to the independent conductivity and temperature probes, it offers readings to the automatic electrolyte conditioning system to optimize performance and its usable life. The advanced software logs key parameters and warnings of the process, thus assuring traceability of the processed batch. All data can be easily extracted and analyzed through the ethernet and usb ports.

The hardware is designed with robust and reliable mechanics to work continuously in mass production. It allows to have an easier access for maintenance and operation. Its new safety system includes a warning light tower which indicates the machine status, and an external pneumatic stop cock for safe operations.

Cathode set and holder are not included. The DLyte 10PRO machine includes a light tower and a conductivity calibration system. *DLyte 10PRO Cooled includes anti vibratory support with refrigeration system
