The HRT VT5 and VT15 tumbling systems use
innovative and patented technology for cleaning
and polishing both the vacuum casting tree and
the loose material
These Horizontal Tumblers combine the needles’
vibration, generated by an oscillating magnetic
fi eld and the mechanical rotation. It holds the
elements to be polished in a horizontal cylinder
together with water, cleaner and magnetic
needles.
These types of Horizontal Tumblers combine the

along the horizontal axis of a cylindrical
container holding the elements to be polished
together with water, detergent and magnetic
needles.
It is easy to program through to its user-friendly
interface, it simplifi es material loading/unloading
operations.
Thanks to the handy removable cylinder it
reduces the working time and the quantity of
cleaner needed in comparison with a traditional
tumbler.
The horizontal orientation of the cylinder
guarantees several advantages compared to
traditional vertical tumblers: the tree can be
polished entirely, avoiding the collision of the
individual pieces with each other and possible
scratches. The central sprue can be immediately
recast without any further polishing and the
movement and manipulation of the pieces will be
facilitated.
The horizontal tumbler can move a larger
quantity of needles than a vertical one, ensuring
a more eff ective action.
Vacuum casting trees, single pieces and
chains can be easily cleaned and polished
using HRT VT5 and VT15 tumblers
In the VT15 it is possible to polish
multiple vacuum casting trees at the
same time thanks to a special
holder. This system optimizes the
capacity 3 times bigger than VT5.
